The first one is expected as the domain already exists (i don't think it normally gets bothered and stops creating because of it tho)

How about address book, oab, and address policy? do any of them exist in the way solidcp would normally make? (those it usually falls over if it exists)

you could optionally try and remove accepted domain and additionals that solidcp tries to make OR go the other way around:

create the initial Org under a temporary domain, then add the real domain and set it as default and so on..
