Hm... Does the file appear in this path C:Hyper-VSCPCustomerscust4vps.mydomain.com ?
Does the size of files increase after the error?

If no files - it means that SolidCP doesn't have access to your path.

"SCPServer", "SCPEnterprise" and "SCPPortal" have full control to "C:Hyper-VSCP" directory. Please look that this screenshot.

Firstly I strongly recommend to use only default values if you don't know what you do.
Reconfigure your HyperV provider settings to default settings (where it's marked).
