We have setup a SolidCP multi server. Currently the management node (Solidcp portal and enterprise) is on version 1.1.2 - We have added a new service node for web server with version 1.3.0
Currently when we create a virtual directory we get a general error which says your enterprise server ran into error or there is some other problem and check event logs. We did check all sort of logs but couldn't find any entry related to this issue.
This problem is only limited to our 1.3.0 web server. Is it possible because of version difference the virtual directories aren't being created?
if not how can we resolve the issue that we don't get any error out of it?

Your Portal, Enterprise and SolidCP server need to be an equal version for it to work.
So just update everything to the same version and things should be fine.
