Error in deleting Web Application Engines Service

I want to delete the Web Application Engines Service but I met this error: My server is already reinstalled and the old solidcp has been removed on that server as well. This Main feed URL solve the problem:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/web/webpi/5.0/webproductlist.xml
Configuration -> System settings -> WEB PLATFORM INSTALLER SETTINGS
