We are suddenly getting error in " View Space Summary " which is supposed to show us the mail template of the specific user which we want to see.
in the page with the title of "Hosting Space Summary Information" we are getting below error:
Error in template (Line 137, Column 22): Cannot read property value of NULL object
Although it happened suddenly, We checked the appropriate mail template and couldn't find any syntax error or anything wrong with it in general.
Does any one know what could have caused this sort of behavior?
It should be sorted via the mailtemplate.
if you submit a ticket i can send the default mail template to you which works proper.
The null error generally means it can't find the value it's requesting.
You were correct about the problem.
I used another installation's mail template and the issue was resolved. I think one of our coworkers made a change that caused the entire template to be broken.
