Thanks for the answer... but the problem aren't in that field.
I tried also a fresh updated and the error I get was System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. 
So I tried to a fresh SolidCP Install (with another folder for the Hosting Space) and I can create a new Domain/WebSite... maybe there is something wrong or in the WSP folder or maybe the SolidCP service has non permission to read the WSP Hosting space folder.
I currently waive the upgrade from WSP and try to configure a new installation of SolidCP and as I change the WSP sites I will move them to SolidCP
