I have an issue with SolidCP 1.4.2 with HyperV service provider configured. I am getting this error sysprep file when I try to create a new VM.

Thanks. I've followed steps which has been described here.  https://solidcp.com/kb/configuration/hyperv2012r2-os-template/

Could you please advise what is missing?

Try recreating the template again. Strictly follow the instructions. Perhaps you incorrectly copied the file unattend.xml. I cannot advise more here.
