Hello,

Could not load file or assembly ‘SolidCP.Providers.Base, Version=1.4.1.0'

Generally indicates to me what you have updated SolidCP in the past, however it was not fully (properly) updated and is missing the right dll version as a result.

The easiest way is to either run the update script again, or perform a manual update for Portal , Enterprise and Server(s).

Regards,

Marco

Thank you Marco,

I have tried the update script 3 times, there are no errors when it finishes, I will try the manual approach see if that cures it, I currently have MailCleaner setup as a standalone package and adding domains/users manually (well with LDAP)

where do I find documentation on manual update? is it just a case of copying all the zip content into the respected folders ?

It's pretty much copying the update folder zip contents in to the right folders yes.

https://solidcp.com/kb/update/manual-update/

You can skip the web.config steps as it should have already been done by the updater.

Make sure that for Enterprise you do stop the scheduler before copying in the files.
