Upgraded from WebsitePanel and now on SCP 1.2.0 and have verified Exchange and Windows Server (AD) settings are correct.
Every time we try and create a user, it gives us a "-1" at the top of the screen. See screen shot below:

-1 is an AD related issue.
Usually it means the email address already exists.
For more details you should check out your eventlog on the Hosted Organization server it self which should have a warning or error to show exactly what the problem is.

Thank you Marco. I have gotten past that, and can create a user, but I cannot create a mailbox. The error I get now is below:
The issue above indicates you most likely aren't using a HTTPS url, or Windows Integrated auth isn't enabled properly on your powershell url. (in the end it can't communicate with the Virtual Powershell directory).
