Hello,
System.Exception: Service with ID 0 was not found
Seems to indicate a wrong service id.
Did you change, remove, or edit Services?
The Service ID's are kept per hosting plan in PackageServices and ServiceItems.
They need to have the correct ServiceID of your Hosted Organization service aswell as other services such as Hosted Exchange, System, etc.
Regards,
Marco
