Exchange 2019 (and 2016) is just a minor update from Exchange 2013, the setup guide in our manuals section should suffice.

For DAG it will require the additional field of DAG filled in (just the DAG name not the FQDN).

You could attempt to try and get the remote powershell access to work so you can use https://cluster.mydomain.com/powershell , however in the past (2013 / 2016) always where bugged with remote access giving a "Access Denied"  (to which our guide recommends to use the local server fqdn such as : https://exchange1.mydomain.local/powershell).
