Yeah ofcourse manual update is/will be there

you can actually do that right now too (the current v1.1.1 zips do have the fixes you need. you can update enterprise,  the database, and portal.  solidcp server stayed the same source wise so that one doesn't need to be updated).

For the auto update script: if it fails on portal / database you can always upgrade all SolidCP Servers automatically and do the db + portal manually (still saves tons of time if you have multiple servers).
