Hi

Please could someone possibly help point me in the right direction

We have two exchange servers, not running in Dag. We can create mailboxes perfectly but we can't change the mailbox plan.
We used to have only one exchange serve 2016, we are busy upgrading to 2019. We created a second server moved all mailboxes over etc.
Everything seems to work except when we change the mailbox plan it fails. We never had a problem changing mailbox plans before until now

This is the error from the panel.....

Error updating mailbox general settings. See audit log for more details.

Hello,

First of all sorry for the very late reply (covid-19 + holidays kind of messed up our schedule quite a bit).

From the error it appears to be a connection issue to the Exchange server.

Can you verify exchange is up and running and the Virtual directory Powersell still has the auth permissions set correctly?

Regards,
