I'm having an issue viewing the users that have Full Access to a shared mailbox.  I created a new shared mailbox and under Permissions --> Full Access I added a user.  That worked and it gave that user access but it disappears from SolidCP.  If I go back to Permissions under Full Access it show "The list of accounts is empty..." even though I've added an account.

If I log into the Exchange ECP I can see the account I've added under Mailbox Delegation --> Full Access.

Everything seems to work but I can't view the users I've given full access for unless I go through the Exchange ECP.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hello,

Usually this issue happens if the Attribute 1 or 3 (forgot which one) on one of the mailboxes isn't set to the correct Hosted Org ID name.

(generally i come cross such issue when the mailbox is imported but changed vars haven't been adjusted correctly).

SolidCP filters out anything that is not part of your hosted org (to avoid issues with removing default groups etc.)

Regards,

Marco
