Hi,
is it possible to create an exchange tenant without a public folder?
We have many small customers with only 2-3 Mailboxes, so there's no need for a public folder....

Hello,
The root public folder is per organization for segregation purposes.
If you do not have a specific "default" public folder assigned per mailbox exchange will pretty much grab one at random (which can lead to certificate errors, auth errors, or simply able to see some random customers domain).
Due to that nature we always make a top folder for each organization (generally not to be used directly, only assigned so it won't try a random customers one).
