what's the step-by-step installation that you have made ?

running the server with medium trust ?

I install here, but the system works as if it did not exist, solidcp can create .htaccess and everything, but does not work on the site

I've inserted the entries into the web.config from the SolidCP Portal site, but I still get the error.

I've cleared cache on the browser, tried a different browser, restarted the Portal site and restarted IIS.

Running on Windows Server 2019

What am I missing?

From the feedback you have given it appears helicon ape it self isn't running proper.

With or without solidcp helicon ape should be working (and running).

SolidCP just handles the configuration side of things on website setup but does not control helicon apes engine.
