How do you assign hosting plans to customers?

Hello,
You go to Customers --> Your customer --> At the top "Create hosting space"
Once your in the create hosting space screen you select your hosting plan, and set your first domain, chose if you want to auto deploy things like web, ftp, hosted orgs etc.
