Hi sorry if this is a silly question, but I have created an Organisation and added 37 email accounts, unfortunately I have used the wrong organisation name how can I edit the Organisation name and ID ? is it possible?

Hello,
It's not possible from within SolidCP it self (too many objects that needs to move / can go broken).
You could manually rename the OU in AD UC and adjust it manually in ServiceItemProperties database table but only if your very sure on what your doing.

thank you for the reply, I think I will just create it again and delete the wrongly named organisation
