How to setup SolidCP with microsoft dns server

The master IP is the one configured as 'listening IP' in the SolidCP DNS Properties.

if you need it to be your private ip you can just configure it to your private one.

hi,

its a drop down box from ips we have in the configuration>ip addresses.

each ip addresses has public/private.

where can i tell SolidCP to use the private and not the public?

Just make an ip with private ip address and assign it into dns?

Hi,

thank you for your answer,

I have added to the ip addresses list two new records with only the private ips.
used them in the dns configuration and now it works correctly.

in the ip address list when you add a record you have the next text boxes:
server, ip address, nat ip address

i can work with double records in ip addresses and to use each time what is needed. i think it would be nicer to have one records for each server and the system will know by it self when to use the private and when to use the public.
