Can you please confirm correct way of updating language pack (zipped pack) from 1.4.2 to 1.4.3?

Most easy way is to load the newly build localization tool kit, import your language pack and make the additional changes.
You can optionally also set secondary language for missing entries in the portal config (so it falls back to default English incase some translations are missing for example).
