For solidcp theres really only 2 things that require backup, with it you can always make a full restore:

1. Enterprise web.config
2. MSSQL Database of SolidCP (in MSSQL Management --> Right click the db and click backup, select full, select a file location and thats all)
3. (optional) Server web.config

All the files of Portal, and any other file besides web.config of Enterprise and Server are without any data in them (so in the worst case scenario you could for example re-install solidcp, put back the web.configs and restore db, it will have all solidcp's information back).

Do note that a SolidCP backup is purely for the panel, it can't restore server side aspects like email accounts / websites and other things.
