OK, so my problem will remain. 🙂

SolidCP can't input user's information into AD. I have a new question at this time. We could conversely this scenario. We block SolidCP for adding new user through itself, and we forced SolidCP/WHMCS to used AD users.

So, those who have AD account, can be login to SolidCP and buy from WHMCS. In this new scenario, don't create new user account in SolidCP and I think AD and SolidCP will be match.

Only, I should find a new portal for AD user management. (Adding, Modify, Remove)

This scenario can be correct?

I still get the feeling we aren't fully talking about the same thing
the user process would be:

1) Whmcs user --> to order and pay bills --> WHMCS Can create SolidCP User automatically to control their hosting space.

2) SolidCP User --> To manage all AD users (and services).

3) AD User (created by solidCP) --> to login to Exchange, Lync, SfB, etc.

You mean:

End user buy a product from WHMCS –> Create automatically or manually an user information in SolidCP (By WHMCS) –> Create only manually same! or different! user's information in AD (By SolidCP)

Correct understand?

If it's true, Please help me about same! and different! in part 3 🙂

End user buy a product from WHMCS –> Create automatically an user information in SolidCP (By WHMCS) –> Create only manually different user’s information in AD (By SolidCP)

So what you get is:
1) whmcs user
2) SolidCp user
3) AD users with saas / laas roles

I will post some screenshots on how it looks in a seperated post

Hosting space menu with all services from solidcp (this is after you logged in with your SolidCP User created by WHMCS)

Users (User Organization) = AD Users with icon of the roles it got (highlighted in red --> in this case Exchange )

You can also go to the "Mailboxes" section (Microsoft Exchange) :
I have selected the mailbox plan in red

So,

1- WHMCS user's information with SolidCP user's information are same, But these are different with AD user's information?

2- A person (With one identify like email address) can be have only one account in WHMCS and SolidCP, but can be have many account in AD?

Yes thats how it's designed.
as you basically give a person a "hosting space".

this means if you sell to a business or similar they have their own isolated (OU) organization on your server, so they (any mailbox / user created with SolidCP in AD)

can collaborate together within the organization but ofcourse can't see any other user in ad/exchange besides within their own organization.
