I'm using SolidCP 1.2.1.
Can I directly upgrade to 1.4.2 or it is better to upgrade first to 1.3.0 then to 1.4.0, then to 1.4.1 and finally to 1.4.2?

It's possible to go from 1.2.1 to 1.4.2 no problem.
However do double check the SolidCP Server web.config changes (i think 1.3.0 had some).

All Database upgrades are done automatically? (There is some DB structure change?)

It depends what method your using.
If you use the powershell script it should automatically update Enterprise (and it's database) aswell.
If you do a manual update you will need to run the update_db.sql script (with any update).
