I really am a newbie to SolidCP so really do need some help.
I installed SolidCp and all seemed to go OK until I tried to log in and it would not recognise my username or password so I thought I would start again.
I deleted SolidCp and the MS Sql SolidCP Databases.
Now when I run the "Stand alone installer" from the SolidCP installer I am getting an error that it will not let me pass:
SolidCP Server Requirment error "Windows account already exists SCPServer
SolidCP Enterprise error "Windows account already exists scpEnterprise
SolidCP Portal error "Windows account already exists scpPortal
When I put the IP address (10.1.1.109:9001) in the Browser it tells me that the Enterprise Server is running; Version 1.4.1 and the url.
I've obviously done something silly!
What do I need to do to install SolidCP or get it to work?
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Hello,
If you want to start over again and manually remove SolidCP:
IIS management --> Delete the websites of SolidCP, and delete the application pools of SolidCP.
in Computer management --> Users --> Remove the SolidCP users.
Optionally if used installer --> remove the installer and re-install so it doesn't think something is installed.
You can then start fresh.
Please note that the Serveradmin password is set at the very end of the Enterprise setup. (it's not the account / password question thats for the windows user, but the final "password" question, login is always Serveradmin).
Regards,
Marco
