Hello,
Did you install the Hosted Organizations role on a server that has SolidCP asp.net v2.0 setup instead of v4.0?
As there's a bug in 1.4.1 (resolved in next update) in regard to Hosted Organizations under the legacy v2.0 SolidCP Server.
Regards,
Marco

Well, that can ofcourse equally cause the issue.
you can manually update the SolidCP Server to ensure everything has the same version or optionally run the automatic update script using powershell.

Thank you for your replies I have already tried both upgrade scripts 1.6 and the other one that's how I got from 1.3 to 1.4.1 but my soildcp server does not seem to get upgraded I will try and do it manually. Is the latest version of soildcp server 1.4.1 same as the enterprise ? You confused me with the version 2 comment
