Can I in some way restrict the ability to add domains by a customer but override this restriction it as serveradmin? We do not want a customer to add domain names to the websites. We add the default domain when creating the plan, and if the customer wants extra domain names to be added to that hosting space, we add them.

The same is true for SSL. Customers seem to not understand this feature so we get support calls that SSL settings are messed up. We want to be able to manage certificates as serveradmin but not give this management right to customers. A work around is to disable it in the plans and manage SSL settings in IIS directly, but is not what we want.

Hello,

You can create two roles customer and serveradmin. Restrict customer access, In the customer role, remove permissions to add domains and manage SSL certificates. Grant Serveradmin Access, In the serveradmin role, grant permissions to add domains and manage SSL certificates.
