My SolidCP installation has come along from WebSitePanel, and I always did a manual upgrade to where I am now since mt database is still called WebSitePanel and my Server, Portal and Ent Server is still installed under c:WebsitePanel folders. Is there a manual upgrade procedure from 1.3.0 to 1.4.0, or do I just run the installer and it will pick up the correct folders?

Manual upgrade will always be possible.
In 1.3.0 to 1.4.0 it's really no web.config changes so all you need to do is download the manual upgrade package, copy over the files and do the SQL upgrade which covers all steps you need to take.
You can also run the automatic update powershell script or use the installer update feature (please note the installer update feature does remove the scheduler .config from enterprisebin this should be put back into place afterwards).
