Hi,

I have just migrated from websitepanel using the powershell script. Everything seems to be running fine but my hosted organizations are missing. I can see the user and the mailbox quantites correctly in the space statistics but "hosted organization" is empty. There is just a "create organization" button. An I cannot create mailboxes and users etc. Did I miss something? What might be the issue?

Thanks,

Bora

Hello,

The powershell script only replaces the Files, did you later run the DB SQL update script ?
if so did you encounter any warnings or similar?

Regards,

Marco

Thanks Marco,

You're right I missed that step. I have run the script now and I got the following error but I can see my organizations and users in the portal

Msg 547, Level 16, State 0, Line 4
The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_Providers_ResourceGroups". The conflict occurred in database "WebsitePanel", table "dbo.ResourceGroups", column 'GroupID'.

Alright, if it's just that error you should be fine.

That error is a bug that applies to a new service, it's fixed in the dev code and should set it self straight on the next stable update.

In the mean time it shouldn't bother your existing services 🙂
