I am trying to install a new module in Solid CP.
But is is stuck to Preparing.
What can be the solution.

Do you have some more information regarding the issue?
(logs or screenshot)
As with the current information i won't be able to give any advice.

Ah,
for that feature make sure you have Web Deploy installed and Helicon Zoo then try again
