HI! I just migrated from mspc to solidCP.

I have 1 major issue, really appreciate if somebody could help.

Hosting plans and addons don't work.

When I go to the menus, I get this.

There was an error while loading module

System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Procedure or function 'GetHostingPlans' expects parameter '@InheritableByReseller', which was not supplied.

And when I go to Spaces -> System, I get this:
SolidCP ERROR
f you receive this error and the server is not maintained by you please contact your hosting company immidiately.

When I want to create a hosting space for a customer, I get this:

There was an error while loading module

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Procedure or function 'GetUserAvailableHostingPlans' expects parameter '@OwnerID', which was not supplied.

Hi, did you ever solved this problem?
we also think about migrating vom MSPControl to SolidCP (using only Exchange Hosting Plans)

No unfortunately.

Lots of errors in the sql migration script (mostly p and f keys conflicts), and then these errors in the portal.

I ended up installing a fresh solidCP, and reconfiguring clients, hosting plans, etc.

On the up side, it works without any errors. On the down side, lots of manual work depending on how many users you have.

thanks for sharing your experience!
puh, we are running about 70 clients with some hundred mailboxes, so i will try first an update in our lab. if that also fails, we will do a fresh solidcp install on a new server for new customers and move old customers step by step to solidcp... thats all because MSP changed their licencing (not basic licences anymore)...

I was in the same boat. We have <500 exchange, so we decided to do manual imports over the next few weeks.
