I just test with my WHMCS 5.x.x version with Old WHMCS Module for SolidCP, So on Product Configuration, i just make it blank on Portal URL and i remain tick on Different Portal URL, then i add another server i have for SolidCP, so when i create a new account on WHMCS, i just select which server i want to create and thats it, its work. So that mean i can have multiple Windows Servers for SolidCP.

I hope that also work on New WHMCS Module for WHMCS 6.x.x because so soon i going to upgrade the WHMCS

For the PlanID, is it impossible to modify it as simply modify MySQL database via Phpmyadmin? I'm sorry, im so blur with MSSQL.

Hi halimzhz,

the new WHMCS module (>= 1.1.0) is doing almost the same steps in general like the old one. So if it's working for you in the old module, then it should also work with the new one (with the known limitations and without support).

Regarding the changes of the PlanID, I can't help you, because I don't know the MSSQL DB structure neither.

I just doing fresh installation for SolidCP server, but when i try to create an acount from WHMCS, its shown an error:

CreateAccount Fault: (Code: -804, Message: Fault: An unknown error occured (Code: -804). Please reference SolidCP BusinessErrorCodes for further information, Service ID: 12447)

Error 804 is comming from SolidCP and means:

ERROR_FTP_SERVICE_ITEM_EXISTS=-804

So the FTP account, which should be created there already exists in SolidCP. Can you double check it?

You can also untick the "Tick to create FTP account" checkbox in the WHMCS product (module section) and test, if everything else is working.
