I found what made issue .

you gave me the wrong path for mysql server.

you said i set it as "C:Program FilesMySQLMySQL Server 5.7bin"

but the correct path is "C:Program FilesMySQLMySQL Server 5.7"

Please inform/update info. to reflect that the CORRECT path should be C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7 for this to work properly, NOT BIN folder. I can confirm this.
