Any chance there is a way to include when creating account that it creates the new users in a OU other than the ADusers root. I noticed when i setup a hosted exchange the account are created in the correct OU.  If so is it possible to move existing users to it if i need to modify.  Also Sounds silly but i can't find where to set the panel.sitelink.com link.

Regards

Craig

Hello,

I don't think i fully understand the question but let me give an example of how i usually set it up:

  • I create an OU called "Customers" and an OU called "Exchange"
  • I set the hosted organization OU to  CustomersExchange

Then once you create a new hosted organization in SolidCP your customers OU will become: CustomersExchangecustomerdomain.com where all his users fall under it.

As to how to set the panel link: it's actually pretty simple: just go to IIS Management in your RDP, and set the binding for the Portal there.

Whatever bindings are set in IIS solidcp will have no issues working with it 🙂

Regards,

Marco

Apologies if i was unclear. It;s the solidcp accounts for loginning to the portal that i notice it creates the solidcp account in the default users OU list.
