Hi All,
I have managed to setup SolidCP and all is working perfectly. When I create a new Organization and go to create a new Mailbox (exchange) for every Mailbox I create it asks for an "Account Number", if I enter anything here. The Mailbox Creates perfectly.
Basically, what is the point in the field "Account Number" ? Is there a way of disabling this as a requirement, as I don't want to enter an "Account Number" for every account.
Cheers, Scott
Hello,
It only asks this if you have entered an Account number in the SolidCP user it self.
If you leave it blank for the SolidCP user it will not ask it in AD / Exchange accounts.

Marco
I have just created a brand new SolidCP user called "TestCompany" with no "Account Number"
I then logged in as "TestCompany" and went to create a new Exchange Mailbox and it is still asking for an Account Number (see screenshot attached)
I am sure I am missing something silly ?
Thanks, Scott
Thats odd.
Would it be possible to remove the account number value from all accounts? (maybe small sql replace script if you have many)
As without that value filled it shouldn't show up, i did assume this was checked per SolidCP user not if 1 has it everyone has it.
Hi Marco,
This is the 1st and only account within Solid CP. I have just tried deleting it and creating again (without an account number) and I have the same issue ?
The only other account on the system is "ServerAdmin", which does not have an account number ?
Any idea where I can go from here to remove AccountNumber ?
Chees, Scott
