Your new error: you need to make sure you copy and paste the lines in the correct format, in some cases the " " are not correct for your language (most easy is to manually re-type those).

quickfix instructions given looks bit confusing and did as given but then getting 500 internal error,
given part "Add the following after" and then again After is confusing,
if you can rephrase that and guide.
