Hello,
after upgrading from 1.0.1 to 1.0.3, i am not able to see http://127.0.0.1:9001 locally and getting the error attached from externally.
I upgraded sql as per the instructions.
All other modules were upgraded successfully
please let me know.

Hello,
If you locally load the error it normally does show more details.
but to keep things more simple: is your enterprise server url http://127.0.0.1:9002 for the portal? if not you will need to manually set it in: SolidCP Portal --> App_Data --> SiteSettings.config
