Hi Guys,

im trying to change a mailbox plan of one user, and after some time applying the permissions, on SolidCP panel, the user shows the new mailbox plan, but the settings are not aplied.

Searching on panel logs, i can see this:

How i can solve this?
In a fast search using the console, i can see all mailboxes with empty option in Retention Policy.

Im using Exchange 2013 and upgraded today to SolidCP 1.4.4. (earlier version was 1.4.3)

Regards.

Hello,

In general i would expect to see this if Recoverable items (mb) is set to a value below 6144 or "unlimited"

You will generally need to set it bigger then the exchange Default Calendar item space (which by default is 6144, recommended values would be 6500 mb or higher).

Once this is set correct you should be able to change mailbox plans and the new space/options are applied, or incase it's a mailbox plan update re-stamp the mailboxes with the new plan values.

Regards,

Marco

Hallo Marco,

I have almost the same problem, if I create a new mailbox plan but with a different Maximum Send Message size and Maximum Receive Message Size but the mailbox size is still the same size, when I apply it to a mailbox it doesn't work, but when I I created a new mailbox and then applied it using the mailbox plan that I just created, so it worked well, now the issue here is that I want to apply the mailbox plan that I just created to all existing users and how do I make it work well?
