Sorry it took me some time to get back to you.

First, thanks for your help regarding this issue. In fact, you put me on the right path when you pointed out that SoldidCP couldn't find the Public Folder.

Someone moved the account holding the Public Folder to a different OU.

Once we moved it back to the right OU everything went back to normal.
