Hello guys,

Please help me!

I'm trying to connect to WHCMS which is on a linux server, with SolidCP which is on another windows server. I followed all the installation and configuration instructions. I have access to the xml page on SolidCP servers (through the URLs xxx.9002 / esUsers.asmx? And xxx.9002 / esPackages.asmx?), But when I click on "Test Connection" (in WHMCS) nothing happens, only is "testing connection", but returns nothing.
What could be happening?

Hello,

a few things to check:

  1. Do you have PHP Soap extension installed on the linux box?
  2. The IP / Hostname correct in the WHMCS Servers section? (do not add http:// etc there)
  3. make sure that port 9002 and non-ssl is selected to connect to enterprise etc.

Regards,

Marco

Great Marco

That was it!

I had installed SOAP only on the server where SolidCP is and not where the module was.

Thank you very much
