I recently upgraded to SolidCP from WebSitePanel. I like the new search box which lists things like websites, ftp account dynamically on the fly but now it seems it does not show searches for a client account user names or full name etc.

which SolidCP version are you using? We've made a lot of improvements/bugfixes on the global search box since v. 1.2.0.
I've tested it right now in my dev environment and when I'm logged in as serveradmin, I can search for a username (doesn't matter if it's a user or a reseller) and also for the full name. The dynamic search box is showing me the username/full name with the link to the account overview.
Or maybe something went wrong during the upgrade on your side, but I'm not an expert about the upgrade path.

Can you check it works for the accounts of resellers. As serveradmin the search works to show the account home for direct accounts of system but not the account home of the customers of those reseller accounts. (it seems to only show one level deep if you see what I mean) This isn't the case for the domains, ftp and email accounts of those same sub-sub-accounts which seem to show fine.
I am running the latest 1.2.1 BTW
Any news on this issue, is it a bug or is my setup broke?
