Hello,

That error generally means that your config became corrupt or is missing default requirements at some point.

In general i seen 2 solutions for this before:

  1. Install web deploy 3.6 hosting edition
  2. restore C:Windowssystem32inetsrvconfigadministration.config from the automatic backup IIS takes after a change (it keeps about 5 backups for each global iis config in C:inetpubhistory

Regards,

Marco

Hello,

From your description: did you change ServiceID's / Servers at some point in time?

As the error you have is basically that it can't connect to the SolidCP Server.

Where if new works it means it's most likely using a different Server then the old hosting plans.

Most easy way to adjust that is to either change the ServiceID's in PackageServices and ServiceItems tables to the new ones which do work, or update the old server information to use the new.

Regards,

Marco
