1) In mail server configuration, I have unchecked "Enable Domain Administrators" but when I create a mail account I can see the checkbox "Domain Administrator".
2) In "Create Mail Account" form, how I can to disable the checkbox "Account enabled" for customers?
3) In "Create Mail Account" form, the layout is incorrect in the new version 1.1.0. I have attached an image for more details.

This option should be used for serveradmin or reseller only.
