Hi, i am new to SolidCP. 

My setup:

  • Exchange Server 2016 on Windows Server 2016 in a DAG
  • Windows Server 2019 that runs SolidCP standalone Server
  • Installed Remote powershell and group policy MMC on the SolidCP Server
  • Created a connections to AD using my local domain. Filled in the root OU Hosting\Customers taking in account for capital letters etc.
  • Created a plan as the video mentioned
  • Created a public folder mailbox 
  • Tested remote powershell from the SolidCP Server to the exchange powershell folder in IIS and i could do a get-mailbox from the SolidCP Server
  • created a test client, attached the plan and the next error appears.

Error creating organization. See audit log for more details.

I have no clue.

Hello,

For SolidCP to work with AD you have to either have a domain joined server with an SolidCP Server using Active Directory user (app pool user) or install it directly on Active Directory DC (i wouldn't personally install it direct but always use a domain joined server).

Stand alone normally installs just with local user which has no privileges on Active Directory.
