I have a probleme with solid cp for exchange 2016, when I want to delete smpt alias account, it is imposible, the error:
for information, my proccess, I add new adress and i change primary e-mail address of my account exchange and i want to delete the older smtp.
WorkAround:
i have deleted directly on Exchange Ecp and i go back solid cp management, the entry is always present, it is impossible to delete this :
Do you have any solution? same problem with my all organization.

If you delete it outside of SolidCP it would be expected to receive that error.
The way to fix it: add the email address back in via ecp.
Make sure the UPN is still correct.
in SolidCP --> Check and make sure your UPN is not equal to the email address your trying to delete, if it is you will need to have "allow user to change userprinciple name" enabled in hosting plan, then change it to the email address your trying to make primary.
Once the UPN is correct and the email address is present in ecp, you can delete the email address as expected.
