Hi,

I have SolidCP and mailenable installed

Both are latest version

Solidcp 1.1.2 and mailenable standard 9.62. And already added to solidcp (server and virtual server)

I try to create mail.in solidcp but nothing happen

Is there any other setting i need to do in order to link them together?

Thanks,

Chong

Hello,

I double checked my own deployments for you.

Main thing it needs is a Public IP Address, and DNS settings if you host your own DNS Servers.

Once thats done make sure that your hosting plan contains the following:

System: Domains have atleast 1 added, and allow space / bandwidth

Mail: make sure you allow mbx space / mailboxes etc.

Then create the hosting space with domain, and add a mail account.

Once the mail account is added it should have everything inside Mailenable as expected.

Regards,

Marco

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. I have done all the above you said before I encounter the issue.

Anyway, I find a way to fix my problem. I went to Event viewer and seems some DLL is missing, so I copy all the DLL start with "MEA.....dll" to C:WindowsSystem, I install in a different drive (E:Mail Enable), then it worked.

Do you have any idea why I have to copy the DLL files to system folder? I checked the directory where I install (E:Mail ENable) is added to PATH environment variable.

Thanks,

Chong
