just finished installing SCP 1.4.9 on Windows Server 2022 For the first time and configured and we can connect to the server just fine

we are on MSSQL 2019 just like we did previously on Microsoft server 2016

we connect from WHMCS to the server just fine !

however when we create the CREATE vps button under the user in WHMCS

WHMCS will say created successfully and even provides a link at top right to go to client SCP page

but when i click the link i get this SolidCP Error

we configured all the settings just like the previos server

MSSQL server 2019
we did the same settings in IIS and SAME BINDINGS

we even ran the SolidCP installer and made sure of the URLs comparing to the previous server (running server 2016 and working fine)

and both enterprise server and server link are RUNNING

please help us !...

If you have enabled hard quota, make sure that the File Server Resource Manager (FSRM) is installed on the server, as it’s required for hard quota functionality. Ensure that SolidCP is fully set up and configured. Sometimes, the error occurs because SolidCP isn’t completely configured. Try creating a user and hosting space directly in SolidCP to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with WHMCS integration or with SolidCP itself.
