My man for Exchange is not available, my English is terrible (I need Google! ) ... I'll try anyway.

We are using SolidCP and Exchange 2016 and now we would like to use MailStore for archiving.
So far, most things work out fine. I need/should set up a journal mailbox. This should be set up for the database.

• I am a bit afraid to set up this journal directly in ECP. Should/must be set up directly in SolidCP. I do not want that these two possibilities get in the way!
• We have only 1 Exchange database. Is it sufficient to set up only 1 journal mailbox here? There are several customers, hosting plans, etc.

In short, someone has "Mailstore" in use? Can anyone tell me anything about this?
