Hello Community,

I have try to import a VM where the files and VHDX is located on an SMB3 share. When I try to import the server to my user I get a error message, when I try the same with a VM which is located on the local storage of the server everythink works fine. Is there a permission error or is this generally not working with the control panel?

Hyper-V 2019 alle latest patches installed

SolidCP Version: 1.4.9

Server and storage are in the same domain

Many thanks in advanced

I have tryed now to import the vm locally on server and move then all files to the network share. I can open the server from solidcp but get a error message that the vm has been delted on source. But strange is that I can access the configuration page for vm and also I can successfully create and delete a Snapsho for the vm. When I check the log files I can see the following message:

WARNING: HostedSolution Invoke error: Cannot find path '\\NetworkPath\VMs\MY-TEST-VM\Virtual Hard Disks\MY-TEST-VM.vhd' because it does not exist.

Can anyone help with this issue?

Thanks in advanced!
