Hi,
Yesterday started to have issues with the SolidCP Server Pool for our web server.
Other Servers seems to be ok Mail,SQL, Portal, and etc.
Noticing that the CPU is going to 100% and then it stops.
Seems to happen when after I started the Enterprise/Portal server.
When those are turned off the pool basically is at 0%.
But, as soon as I start the Enterprise/Portal Server it jumps to 90% right away and then keeps going up till it crashes.
Any ideal on what could be causing this?
Thanks,
Brian Davis
Hello,
For the enterprise is the connectivity to the DB alright?
Also you could try and start it while the scheduler service is stopped.
(this will exclude scheduled tasks and so on to crash your server while figuring out what it's trying to do).
Is there anything in event log including the 3rd applications log --> SolidCP that gives any hint of what it's trying to do?
Regards,
Marco
