Nobody is able to support me with this problem? 🙁

At this point, I'd even suggest for paid support, if that was possible. It's the last step before I can use this new VPS server and I'd really like to use SolidCP with the new server.

If anybody could contact me and help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Rene

Hello,

I think when it comes down to speed it's hard to give 100% accurate help besides some common guidelines.

As speed depends on alot of factors (starting with hardware, and ending all the way with personal experience as to what you call fast or slow personally).

I can recommend to maybe ask for a Demo request through ticket, and see if for example our own live environment is what you consider acceptable / fast etc.

If thats the case we could offer paid support to take a look (as all our fine tuning we do is already listed in this forum msg) however results vary on quite a few factors. (like hardware).

Regards,

Marco

Hi,

i know this is a old ticket but i am having same issues on the speed of the system when managing mailboxes.

Creating a mailbox takes around 2-3 minutes

Opening permissions for a mailbox is even longer at atleast 5 minutes.

Checking the TTFB is literally the same as the amount of time it takes to load the page.

Ive done all the tweaks you have suggested in the IIS app pools, would like a bit of guidance to see where to go from here.

Regards

Michael

Just a quick update: Since the server was not in production, I decided to completely reinstall the server with Windows Server 2016. I updated it fully and installed the necessary IIS roles and SQL Express 2016.

When that was done, I installed SolidCP first to check the speeds. And all was well again! The SolidCP site is very quick and works perfectly so far. Had 1 small problem where suddenly the wrong Application Pool was selected for SolidCP Server. But once that was recovered, all was great again.

So far, great product guys! Thank you for your support, but right now, it seems fixed!

Thanks!
